| Because the 'Free Spirit' shoe has no steel shank for arch support, it is STRONGLY recommended that you make sure this shoe style will not cause you any foot problems. If in doubt, ALWAYS check with a qualified foot specialist or doctor BEFORE attempting to use this type of shoe. |

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
You MUST know your shoe size to ensure that you are ordering the appropriate fit . Generally, the shoes advertised here are true-to-size of regular dress shoes for Canadian and American shoe sizes. Street shoes, such as althletic footwear, should not be used as a guide. If possible, and the situation presents itself, you should try to check with someone else within the same dance class/group who has similar shoes in your size to help confirm your size requirement. Another recommendation is to visit a shoe store to have your foot measured for size and width.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, there are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for shoes. All items are checked for quality and condition from the manufacturer BEFORE they are sent out to customers. This particularly applies to shoes with taps attached, since they undergo very close inspection prior to installation of the taps.
