This is where you can download and print a HAPPY TRAILS ORDER FORM. At this point in time, there are no other purchase/payment options available, such as through 'PAYPAL' or online 'CREDIT CARD'. Method of payment accepted is either by 'money order' or 'pre-authorized cheque' in Canadian funds, which MUST accompany the completed order form.

ORDERING PROCESS
- STEP 1:
- Select and organize the items you wish to order, noting all details including full descriptions.
- STEP 2:
- Call 1-416-335-4332 or send an email to happytrailsenterprises@dance-n-time.com to confirm desired method of shipping and to finalize the total amount payable (including shipping/handling charges and applicable taxes), as well as arrange method of payment.
- STEP 3:
- Print a copy of the ORDER FORM making sure to complete all sections with the required information.
- STEP 4:
- Mail in the completed ORDER FORM along with full payment to the address below.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
You MUST know your shoe size to ensure that you are ordering the appropriate fit . Generally, the shoes advertised here are true-to-size of regular dress shoes for Canadian and American shoe sizes. Street shoes, such as althletic footwear, should not be used as a guide. If possible, and the situation presents itself, you should try to check with someone else within the same dance class/group who has similar shoes in your size to help confirm your size requirement. Another recommendation is to visit a shoe store to have your foot measured for size and width.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, there are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for shoes. All items are checked for quality and condition from the manufacturer BEFORE they are sent out to customers. This particularly applies to shoes with taps attached, since they undergo very close inspection prior to installation of the taps.
HAPPY TRAILS ENTERPRISES is committed to personalized service. All issues involving any merchandise with a manufacturing flaw will be handled on an individual basis - simply call or email and you will receive immediate helpful and friendly service.
Please note that certain shoe sizes and taps may not be in stock and may require a short wait period until they arrive from the manufacturer. Also, pricing and availability are according to current market, manufacturing, and importing conditions, which can change without notice. Please confirm prior to ordering. Shipping and handling charges are extra.
